Knock your loose poems into shape with some concentrated feedback from poet and essayist, Rebecca Tamás.

Do you have a heap of poems that just won’t work, no matter how many revisions you make? Our Fortnightly Feedback course provides a place for the improvement of left-for-dead poems in need of resuscitation. Bring drafts of any shape or size once a fortnight for advice and feedback from your peers, before submitting a final draft to the tutor for detailed comment, criticism, and direction. These courses are ideal for those looking to ready poems for magazine submission. 

12 May – course start
26 May – 1st poem submission deadline (feedback from Rebecca posted by 2 June)
9 June – 2nd poem submission deadline (feedback from Rebecca posted by 16 June
23 June – 3rd poem submission deadline (feedback from Rebecca posted by 30 June
7 July – 4th poem submission deadline (feedback from Rebecca posted by 14 July
21 July – 5th poem submission deadline (feedback from Rebecca posted by 28 July) 

Submit 5 poems (no more than 1 side of A4 per poem) for detailed feedback over the 11 weeks. No live chats. Suitable for UK & International students.

About Rebecca Tamás View Profile

Rebecca Tamás is the author of the poetry collection WITCH (Penned in the Margins, 2019), which was a Poetry Society Choice, and the essay collection Strangers: Essays on the Human and Nonhuman (Makina Books, 2020), which was longlisted for the Rathbones Folio Prize 2021. She is a Lecturer in Creative Writing at York St John University, where she co-convenes the York Centre for Writing Poetry Series.
