Learn to serve fabulous, flamboyant realness in your poetry.
Would you love to give your poetry some much-needed oomph? Would you love to add glitz to your titles, an edge to your imagery and glitter to your subject matter? Would you love to take risks in your writing? Are you willing to consider excess, even ‘bad taste’? This workshop will consider flamboyance and exuberance, with a focus on the poetry of Peter Redgrove. No previous knowledge of Redgrove’s work is necessary. Come prepared to bang words, images and ideas together – and to write, a lot.
One-day workshop from 10:30am to 4:30pm on Saturday 7th October.
More information about how all our face-to-face courses work can be found on the Face-to-Face courses page.
