Voicing the Sacred Feminine within .

Join poet and psychotherapist Catherine Balaq in this poetry workshop exploring sacred female rage. We will look to stories about women from Greek mythology and the bible to give voice to the unspoken.

With a range of work from contemporary poets that explore female rage, including Jacqueline Saphra and Vicki Feaver, and a selection of historic paintings that represent old tales, we will create new drafts in our own voices, as well as the voices of character and the collective ‘we’ of the rallying call. All are welcome to write witness and testimony to the voicing of the sacred feminine within ourselves and in the representations of female characters.

1-off Zoom session at 6.30–9.00pm (BST on Thursday 10th September)
