Coronavirus: How Will It Affect My Studies?

As you know, here at Poetry School we treat the well-being and health of our community extremely seriously. As a result of the current COVID-19 pandemic, we have decided that the safest and best way forward for all of us over the next few weeks is to close the physical School.

This does not mean that you will be unable to participate in your course as we will be offering alternative means of participation depending on what works best for each group in terms of size, accessibility, and ease of learning. We are experimenting with new ways to stay connected in this difficult period, including trying out up-to-date interactive methods of online learning. A few courses may need to be rescheduled, but we are doing our best to make sure that as many courses as possible go ahead in an alternative format which will mean that students are still able to learn and develop their writing from their own homes.

We will be letting you know in the next week how you can continue to access your course, and will also keep you up to speed with any developments. We anticipate that we will remain closed until the end of term.
