"I find myself much better informed overall on the modern British canon of poetry after the course. Wayne is funny and engaging while leading and moderating the group discussions. The course covered the nuts and bolts of what drives the contemporary poem- in terms of movement, turns, juggling subjects, expansion techniques and experimenting with voice."
