Intimate monthly seminars with Fiona Sampson in a venue near to Hereford.
Monthly seminar groups with Fiona Sampson, featuring close reading, in-depth discussion and feedback on your poems-in-progress, as well guidance on your next steps as a poet and conversation around contemporary poetry. With a maximum of eight students, these seminars provide an intimate setting and generate supportive and critical friendships, helping you to become part of your local poetry community.

Fiona Sampson MBE, FRSL has published twenty-nine books, most recently a critically acclaimed biography of Elizabeth Barrett Browning, finalist for two major biography prizes and Washington Post Book of the 2021. Her latest poetry collection, Come Down (2020), received the Wales Poetry Book of the Year, the European Lyric Atlas Prize and the Balkan Naim Frasheri Laureateship. She has been published in thirty-seven languages and her new book is Starlight Wood: Walking back to the Romantic Countryside.
